The vision/word below was given to me by Holy Spirit while ministering in the city of Port St Joe, Florida.  Port St Joe is the birth place of the initial draft of Florida's constitution.  The word is for the entire body of Christ across the globe.  It's your time to "Travail to Prevail."


VISON/WORD OF THE LORD AUGUST 15-16, 2014

As I write this, my body is trembling under the power of Holy Spirit. I was at a meeting at The Altar in Port St. Joe, Florida with David and Cindy Fernandez on Aug. 15, 2014 when I received a vision from the Lord.
I saw and heard the radical remnant of the Lord pregnant with the dreams and visions of the Lord. They were pregnant with the purposes of God in the earth. 
Many are pregnant with awakening revival for their nation, cities and families.  Others are pregnant with a harvest of souls. Still others are pregnant with signs, wonders and miracles. Then there are those who are pregnant with His presence, intercession and gifts of Holy Spirit.

Beyond Full Term
The radical remnant I saw and am seeing is beyond full term. Something is keeping them from delivering God's purpose. The remnant is not able to deliver. Groaning and travail as with a woman in pain of childbirth is on the remnant. But no one can deliver.

The Accuser of the Brethren
Suddenly, I began to see why we could not deliver. The accuser of the brethren was standing there making accusation against the remnant. Dreams and visions from the Lord are being held hostage in the womb of the sons and daughters of the Lord by this accuser. (See Revelation 12 and Zechariah 3.) 

The accusations were strong and demanding, going back many generations. Some of the dreams and visions have been within the womb of the remnant for decades. Some have been passed through the generations but have yet to be birthed. Many of the dreams and visions will deliver nations and bring awakening to generations, even generations yet to come.

Judgment Released Against the Accuser
I then heard the Lord say, "I am shutting the mouth of the destroyer and I will establish a throne of righteousness and worship in the land." A release of joy came to my spirit as I heard the Lord release the vengeance of our God against the accuser of the brethren. (See Isaiah 61:2.)

A Season of Giving Birth
After this vision/word I looked up the Hebrew month we are in. It was the 19th of AV. Today we are in the 20th day of AV. On the Hebraic calendar AV is a month of GIVING BIRTH.

War Over the Harvest
The accuser is warring over your harvest.  But it is your season to “Travail to Prevail”.

We must enter into the place of Isaiah 54:1-3
"Sing, O barren, You who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, You who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman," says the Lord. 

"Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited."

Don't try to answer the accuser based on your merit or righteousness. Our answer is based on the righteous blood of Jesus that was shed for remission of sin.

Strategy-Travail to Prevail
It's important that you enter into a time of worship in this season. 
I want to encourage

Churches-Pastors, Take a Sunday to dedicate the entire service to worship.  Encourage your congregation to press into worship for the harvest and for awakening in your city.

Prayer groups—Spend time entering into Harp & Bowl (Worship & Intercession-Rev. 5:8) and give birth to purpose of God.
Worship teams—Worship Leaders gather your team to enter into worship and exalt the Lord.

Houses of prayer—You are an important part of this.  Enter into a place of worship over the harvest of souls in your region.
Home groups—Press in through worship.  We need your voice to reach into the heavens.

Families—Restore the altar of worship in your home.  This will unlock the dreams and visions you are pregnant with.

Business Leaders—Take time to worship the Lord in your office or with your employees.  Unlock the hidden resources of heaven in your business.

Whereas the founders of the first colony in United State of America, made a compact stating, “…Having undertaken, for the glory of God, and advancement of the Christian faith.” (Mayflower Compact) and;

Whereas the framers of our government acknowledge the hand of God in the formulation of the government established under the Constitution; James Madison one of the framers of the constitution said, “The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded. We've staked the whole future of American civilization not on the power of government — far from it. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves according to the commandments of God."

Whereas our original lawmakers in city, state and national governments were deeply religious and openly God-honoring individuals, often invoking the Word of God (Bible) in governing America;

Whereas the city government of Gainesville has enacted an ordinance that is in direct violation of the principles and law of God; allowing trans-genders to make their own decision as to who they are; male or female based on their confusion, and to allow a male to use female restroom and dressing room facilities or a female to use male restroom and dressing room facilities;

Where as the city government of Gainesville has enacted a law that creates lawlessness;

Whereas the city government of Gainesville has endorsed a way of life that is entirely against the ways of God;

We the people of Florida, a vast body of believers in God’s word arise and say:

City Government of Gainesville and Governments of Florida, No Longer will You Continue in This Avenue!

We Declare:
Awake O’ God of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Awake and put on your strength in Florida and America.  Isaiah 51:9

The Church of Florida to awaken and become proactive in intercession and activism concerning matters that are Godly and moral within our state and nation.  Isaiah 52:1-2

That the Church of Florida will act according to scripture in order to bring healing to our cities, state and nation.  2 Chronicles 7:14

Justice, under God’s law shall be executed by the governments within Florida.     Jeremiah 23:5

The Restoration of Righteous Lawmakers and Counselors according to Isaiah 1:26.

That the people of Florida will elect and appoint righteous lawmakers who use wisdom and discernment in executing laws in our state and nation.  Deuteronomy  16:18-20  Isaiah 22:15-22

That the Fear of the Lord will be upon all government within the state of Florida. Deuteronomy 6:1-2

That laws, ordinances, and practices in Gainesville and Florida that are biblically lawless and morally wrong, will be overturned; as light always overcomes darkness.  Colossians 1:13

We the people of Florida decree that the Lord our God is Almighty and Supreme over the Governments of Gainesville, Florida and the United States of America.

An Awakening
Awake O’ God of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Awake and put on Your strength in Florida and America.  Isaiah 51:9
Awaken O’ Forerunner State.  Awaken to your God given destiny.  Forerun, Prepare the Way of the Lord.  Matthew 3:3
Awaken Church of Florida.  Forerun, Reform.  We decree courage over you in Jesus name.
Awaken Society, Awaken Sinner, God is in this state.  Jesus is in this nation.
Awakening in Cities across Florida.   Name your city, or a number of cities in Florida.
Awaken ethnic groups in Florida, God awaken every person in our state.


We Decree to this state and its inhabitants:


Government
We decree a reformation to godly principles and foundations of the Bible;
The Almighty God of our savior Jesus, as the Source of all life, will be honored, by honoring life both at conception and during the lifespan;
We the people of Florida say no to abortion.  We stand against abortion (pro-death) and euthanasia within this state and nation;
As our new amendment defines, (Amendment 2): Marriage is between a man and a woman.  We the people of Florida say NO to same sex marriage in our state and nation.
We the church of Florida do not accept the false ideology and liberal thinking of abortion and homosexuality.  We see this ideology as pollution to society.  We define this as sin as does the Holy Bible;
Justice, under God’s law, shall be executed by the governments within Florida  Jeremiah 23:5;
We the people of Florida will elect and appoint righteous lawmakers, who use wisdom, discernment and biblical principles in devising and executing the laws in our state and nation.  We decree godly men and women, who support biblical values, into the seats of government in our state and nation.


Church
We declare that the church of Florida shifts from a traditional local church mindset to a Kingdom of God mindset;
That the passion and zeal of the Lord also consumes His church—Isaiah 59:17;
We decree that the church of Florida shifts into the Apostolic/Prophetic wineskin;
We say that Holy Spirit will baptize His Church in 2009;
We decree proper alignment within the church in 2009.


Financial/Marketplace
The decree that Jesus is Lord and rules over the financial and business arenas of Florida;
We say that our God will continue to have His way with our financial/marketplace system until the god of mammon is purged from our society.  We release His justice and truth into this system;
We repent for the greed within the financial/marketplace that has resulted in the current economic collapse.  As the church we repent for our greed and deception; we call on all the church to repent for greed and deception;
We say that His people in Florida and in America will be sustained by His plan and purpose.  We invoke Psalm 23 and say, “The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want…”;
We issue a call for godly men and women of integrity to inhabit the marketplace and financial spheres of our society.
We break the spirit of poverty off the church and all spheres of society within Florida.
Cindy Jacobs prophesied of the treasures and wealth underneath Florida.  We decree the uncovering of these treasures.
We decree the transference of wealth.  From the kingdom of satan to the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.


Education
Cindy Jacobs Prophesied, “Florida will be the first state to restore prayer in Jesus name into public schools.  We decree this so.
We decree a restoration of the teaching of creation according to the book of Genesis—restored into our public schools.
We decree an awakening on the campuses, schools and universities of Florida.  We decree that a holy revival break out on the campuses, universities, and schools of Florida and America.  Name a school and decree an awakening.
We decree that teachers will be of high moral character.  They will mentor the students to have high moral character.


Entertainment/Arts
We decree the Lordship of Christ over the entertainment industry in Florida.
We cancel the false fantasy world that the entertainment industry produces.
We decree the entertainment spirit broken off the people of this state.  We say the people of this state are called to be pioneers and not just to be entertained.
We decree that we are not the entertainment capital but the pioneering capital of the world.
We release godly men and women into the entertainment industry.  Men and women of renown will now fill this industry.
We say that the Kingdom of God will take over the arts/entertainment industry.  Let the leaven of His Kingdom reign in this industry.


Family
WE decree the family structure that God created—husband and wife, father and mother, sons and daughters will be the family structure within Florida.
We decree unity between husbands and wives—mothers, father—sons and daughters;
We proclaim salvation, healing, wholeness, joy and virtue to the family structures in Florida and America.
We declare that gay unions, is not a godly family structure but a degrading and depraved structure according Romans 1:26 and is equal to Sodom and Gomorrah in the scriptures.
We proclaim that gay couples will not be allowed to adopt children in Florida.


Generations
We proclaim an Abraham, Isaac and Jacob generation—a three fold cord not easily broken.  A covenant generation.
We proclaim and call forth according Malachi 4:5-6, the spiritual fathers and mothers and the spiritual sons and daughters.
We call for the Elijah fathers and Deborah mothers to arise in the land.
We speak into the generations for 100 years forward—take the land in Jesus name.  We call for the future generations to arise with the spirit of Joshua and Caleb to possess Florida and occupy America.
We proclaim, awakening and revival into the generations for the next 100 years.


We the Church of Florida, the Apostolic Council in Florida,
establish these decrees through faith in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Word of the Lord to Volusia County

I heard the Lord say, “I am ordering a 45 Day—Watchman Window that begins, March 1st,” decrees the Lord.  “I am setting a watch over this County [Volusia] and I am calling for the Army of the Lord; to begin rising up in Watchman Intercession across this County.  And the Lord says, “In this 45 day period, you’re going to see principalities tumble and fall within that 45 day period.  It’s also going to set up this Region for a harvest,” decrees the Lord.  “For I’ve brought you here,” says the Lord—into this County and into this Region to be an implement of harvest—to be a tool of harvest within this Region.”  And this 45-day window of Watchmen Intercession is going to open the heavens over this Region in Jesus Name.  You can just hear right now in the Spirit realm that the angels are right now assembling around Volusia County.  You can hear even in the heavens right now the demons shrilling and shrieking in fear because the dread Warriors of God are going to rise up in March.  March is going to be a window of opportunity for Volusia County to move this County into a new day and to move it into the heavens in Jesus Name.  And the Lord is going to order people to stand watch even at night in intercession.  Some are going to take the 1st Watch, some the 2nd, some the 3rd, some the 4th watch of the night

Word of the Lord To Riviera Beach, Florida

You are also the one that as gotten the attention of the heavens.
When you pray, the angels stand up and say, “Lord, she’s praying
again!  When can we go to Riviera Beach and unleash your plans, Lord?

I’m going to tell you this right here…
January 31, 2008, is going to be a new day in that region.  January 31, 2008
is going to be a new day and awakening in Riviera Beach.

The Lord says, I’m going to bring My River to the place called Riviera.  I’m going
To release a Mantle of Holiness; and I’m going to release a Mantle of Healing; and
I’m going to cause that which has caused division—I’m going to put that spirit to death.
I’m going to release Healing in that region in Jesus name!

Watch for the houses of prayer that pray all night to begin taking place.  There are some in that area right now that are praying at night time.  Watch for them.  Find out who they
are and connect with them.  Because the Lord said, they’re calling for the river to come to Riviera Beach.

Prophetic Word Over Gainesville, Florida

Now hear the Lord saying, "Watch as the spirit of Joseph comes on your city," decrees the Lord, and the church of your city."  Joseph, his name means to add.  It's also a governmental name and a name for administration.

I hear the Lord saying also, "That the gift of administration has been abused within that city, both in the church government and in civil government.  The Lord says, "I am raising up a Joseph house that's going to bring forth the word of the Lord and it's going to cause the store-houses to be built up in the city of Gainesville," in Jesus name.

So now Lord, I just say that you will release upon the Gainesville people, a Joseph anointing.

I say in Jesus name, that Gainesville will truly gain, in Jesus name, they will truly gain.  "And you watch," says the Lord, "Over the next three years, as the football team begins to increase in strength and in power.  They have gone through the famine just like Joseph did when they were in Egypt."  But now the Lord says, "I am going to cause a turnaround in the football team and you're going to see it as a natural sign that I am turning the church around within that city.  And I will cause the church of that city to gain momentum," declares the Lord.

I even heard before this service tonight, that the Lord is going to establish 24/7 Houses of Prayer in Gainesville.  There are even those right now who are attempting it, those who are thinking about it and those who are praying on it.  There have been some night watches already within the city.

And the Lord says also, "That over the city of Gainesville that the night watch is important to that city.  Because it is in the night when the enemy has been coming into that city and doing the most damage.  So you're going to rise up, you're going to see many ministries rise up in the night hours and begin doing warfare over the city, in Jesus name.

You know something, it's like the church in Gainesville feels like they've been forgotten about.  Not that the Lord has forgotten but it's like all or some of the major ministries have forgotten about Gainesville.  And you've wondered, "I wonder if we could get this person or this person, and it's like, I hear that cry, "I have been forgotten."  But the Lord says, "that your land will no longer be called desolate and barren, but that your land will be called Hephzibah and Beulah," in Jesus name.

For the Lord says, I have made covenant with the city of Gainesville.  I have covenant with this city that literally sits on a hill.  And I have called for it to be a light to all of Florida.
