How To Pray For America

Dear Praying Ones,

I'm preparing to go into D.C. to pray for our nation. As you know there are many forces trying to remove the "Ancient Path" of the Lord from America. God is calling His Ekklesia to take a stand for righteous and justice to prevail in our nation.

Throughout scripture when it was time to stand and make a change over a nation the Lord would rise up in militant fashion to overthrow the works of the enemy. Jesus said in Matthew 11:12 "the violent take it by force."

As a praying Ekklesia, we now must become forceful in our intercession and not passive. I want to ask you to join me in praying for our nation. Below are some powerful prayer points.

1. Pray for divine reversal of all satan is seeking to do in America. Reverse every curse on the head of the enemy.
2. Decree a just and righteous scales will be used to determine the election. In Proverbs 20:23 the Lord says, "Differing weights are an abomination to the Lord, And a false scale is not good."
3. Pray for the overthrow of the forces of darkness, liberal thinking and false idols that seek to rule our nation.
4. Decree that Jesus Christ is the ruler of the United States of America.
5. Pray for boldness in the people of God. Where the Lord is taking us is not for the faint of heart. Decree the boldness of the Lion of Judah arises in you.
6. Proclaim the word of God and all the prophets have spoken. Decree God's word over America. Decree what the prophets have spoken.
7. Giants do not fall without a fight. Goliath did not fall until David met him on the field of battle. The temple wasn't cleansed until Jesus overturned the tables and drove out that which shouldn't be there. Speak to the giants of our nation and drive them out with the name of Jesus.
8. Pray in tongues. Romans 8:26 says we often do not know how to pray but that Holy Spirit can pray through us. Praying in tongues bypasses the mind, the news and the circumstances and goes right to the heart of our Father.
9. Worship God over our nation. Worship opens the heavens and America needs an open heaven. Worship leaders, worship the Lord over our nation. Sing the song, "God Bless America."
10. Pastors please take time in your service to pray and seek God for America.
11. Home Prayer Groups, Houses of Prayer please carve out time to cry out to God for our nation.
12. Decree, Kingdom of God come, will of God be done in America as in Heaven.
